Yes, GranPlan offers dedicated in-house talent to assist you with the design of your project. Depending on the size and complexity of your project, we can prepare drawings ranging from concept diagrams to scaled construction drawings, to engineered and stamped drawings.
Absolutely. GranPlan will be happy to assist you with preparing and processing the project application documentation your Homeowner's Association requires.

Our staff has a wide range of combined expertise in the skills essential to providing top-class service to our residential and commercial customers. We will start your project as quickly as possible. Every project has different variables that affect schedule, such as the time it takes to purchase product, whether drawings are needed, if a building permit is required, or the size and complexity of your project. We will carefully evaluate the specific scope of work for your project and provide you with our best estimate of when work will begin and when we expect it to be completed. We keep clear communication with you throughout the project.
Yes, in fact project changes are more typical that you might think! Sometimes they are unavoidable due to hidden or unforeseen work that is discovered during the project. Or you may want us to include additional work. Or you may decide on different selections for Fixtures, Accessories, Paint Colors, Flooring or other Design Specifications.
